    • Perpetual
    • Royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that material for promotional or marketing purposes.
4.2 Responsibility & Removal
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
    • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
    • Your uploads do not contain harmful or unauthorized material.
  • Upon account termination, we may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You may request deletion of your User Content by contacting info@techcvforge.com, subject to applicable laws.
5. Accounts and Access
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence.
6. Termination

12.1 Dispute Resolution
  • All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by law.
  • You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to info@techcvforge.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
  • To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.
13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters.
  • War or terrorism.
  • Internet outages.
  • Government regulations or court orders.
