1. Digital Products – All Sales Final

Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access has been granted, the product cannot be revoked.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee – 14-Day Eligibility

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

To request a refund:

  • Include your order number and a brief explanation
  • Your explanation should describe how the product fails to meet the criteria listed in Section 3
  • Send your request within 14 days of purchase
3. Refund Criteria

Refund requests will be considered if:

  • The product does not match its description

     

  • The files are corrupted or unusable

     

  • You did not receive the download link

     

  • You experience a technical issue not caused by user software or device compatibility

Please verify compatibility (listed on each product page) before purchase to avoid non-refunded issues.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after accessing the product
  • Incompatibility due to user software or personal setup

4. Review and Processing Times
  • Refund requests are acknowledged via email within 24 hours
  • They are reviewed within 3 business days
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Exchanges or Store Credit

We do not offer product exchanges or store credit. Each transaction is considered final unless covered under the satisfaction guarantee.
